Where are you based?
Our brand is registered in the US and we have offices and warehouses based in Shenzhen and Zhengzhou.
How does shipping work?
Your order will be directly shipped from our warehouses in China via USPS.
Usually it will take 7-15days for the order to arrive, please patiently wait for the updating of the tracking information. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at support@healthmqupin.com, we are glad to help you.
The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?
If you are buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask them to release your item.
Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
